The Opal Kelly XEM3005-1200M32P is an FPGA development board based on a 1,200,000-gate Xilinx Spartan-3E FPGA.  In addition to a high gate-count FPGA, the XEM3005 utilizes the high transfer rate of USB 2.0 for configuration downloads, enabling an almost instant reprogramming of the FPGA.
